Teays Valley traveled to Worthington Kilbourne on Thursday for a tough non-league matchup in girls soccer. Considering the Vikings started the game missing one starter and then suffered another injury to a starter midway through the first half, they managed to hang in the game allowing one goal to make the halftime score 1-0. Annnaleigh Jett made a couple of great saves in goal to keep TV in the match. In an eight minute span during the second half however, the young Vikings allowed three goals and the final would eventually stand at 6-0.
