Westfall led Pickaway County schools in the Southeast District on Sunday by being seeded 12th out of 28 teams for the Division III tournament.
The Mustangs (11-9) are slated to host Scioto Valley Conference rival Piketon (5-14) for a sectional semifinal on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. Piketon won the first meeting and the two teams finish the regular season on Friday.
The winner advances to a sectional final on Feb. 25 at 7 p.m., likely against fifth-seeded Valley (14-5) outside of Lucasville.
In Division II, Circleville (10-10) was seeded 14th out of 20 schools and is slated to host 19th seeded Waverly (2-17) in a sectional quarterfinal on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m.
Waverly is led by first-year coach and Circleville alum Evan Callihan.
The winner advances to a sectional semifinal at third-seeded Miami Trace (16-4) on Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.
Circleville hosted Miami Trace earlier this season, falling 66-48, if the Tigers were able to advance for a rematch.
Logan Elm (7-12) was seeded 15th and is slated to host 18th seeded McClain (5-15) in a sectional quarterfinal on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m.
The winner would advance to a sectional semifinal at second-seeded Fairfield Union (17-3) on Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.
If the Braves were to advance, the Mid-State League Buckeye Division co-leading Falcons won both regular season meetings.

In Division I, Mid-State League Buckeye Division co-leader Teays Valley (14-4) was seeded 22nd out of 48 schools and is slated to host No. 30 seeded Hilliard Darby (7-12) on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. for a sectional semifinal.
The winner would then travel to No. 13 seeded St. Charles (10-9) for a sectional final on Feb. 24 at 7 p.m.
Amanda-Clearcreek (2-19) was seeded 26th in Division III and will likely travel to top-seeded Africentric (17-4) for a sectional final on Feb. 25 at 1 p.m.
Africentric opens tournament play against No. 27 seeded Cristo Rey (2-11) on Feb. 22 in a sectional semifinal.
