The Ohio High School Athletic Association announced the divisional breakdowns and regional assignments for fall football earlier this week.
The state has 706 schools competing in the sport and they have been broken down into seven divisions.
Teays Valley will complete in Division II, Region 7. The schools are mainly in central Ohio with a few in the Canton area, as well.
Circleville, Logan Elm and Westfall all will be in Division IV, Region 15. Region 15 encompasses schools from Jonathan Alder in the northwest south to Gallia Academy and east to East Liverpool.
Amanda-Clearcreek will compete in Division V, Regional 19. This region is mainly southeast Ohio roughly bordered by US 23 and I-70.
The first football Friday night will be August 22 with the first playoff games on Oct. 31.
