A strong start to each half on Saturday lifted New Hope Christian to a 46-28 non-conference win over host Westfall.
Rebecca Highfield nailed a trio of three-pointers and Maren McCallister added a pair of buckets and two free throws to send the Statesmen ahead 17-8 following a quarter of play.
New Hope took a 24-13 lead into the second half and expanded its advantage to 38-19, thanks in part to 10 points from McCallister.
McCallister poured in a game-high 19 points, Highfield had nine, and Eden Leist and Lauren Smith added seven apiece for the Statesmen (4-5).
Gabby Patete had 14 points and Marissa Mullins added six for the Mustangs (13-6).

Jenna Horsley and Ashley DeWeese combined for 31 points on Saturday in a 50-27 non-league win over host Grandview Heights.
The Vikings led at all stops – 9-3, 26-12 and 40-19.
Horsley led the Vikings with 17 points, DeWeese had 14, and Megan Bush and Kennedy Younkin added six apiece.
The Vikings (10-7, 5-4) travel to Fairfield Union on Saturday for a Mid-State League Buckeye Division tilt.

Washington Court House slowly built a lead over host Logan Elm on Saturday to record a 30-21 non-league win.
The two teams were tied 6-6 after a quarter of play, but the Blue Lions went on to lead 14-12 at halftime and 22-17 going into the final stanza.
Brynn Griffith tallied 14 points and nine rebounds for the Braves and Annie Karshner added five points, five assists and five rebounds.
The Braves (5-8) host Bloom-Carroll on Thursday for a league game.

Bloom-Carroll opened a Mid-State League Buckeye Division game on a 16-3 run and cruised to a 64-32 win on Saturday over host Circleville.
The Bulldogs held a commanding 34-14 lead at halftime.
Briley Cramer paced the Tigers with nine points, and Craig Fleck and Ethan Moore turned in seven apiece.
Jared Rose scored a game-high 19 points, and Evan Dozer and C.J. Carmichael added 12 apiece for the Bulldogs (9-5, 7-3).
The Tigers (2-12, 1-6) travel to Westfall on Tuesday for a non-league game.
