The Braves jumped out to an early 3-0 advantage on the league champion Bulldogs.

Keegan Diehl then lined an 0-2 pitch to left for a single to chase home Seimer.
Bloom-Carroll (22-2, 13-0) reached the scoreboard with a run in the fifth, another in the sixth and took its first lead of the game with its aforementioned two-run seventh.

Seimer went a perfect 2-for-2 with an RBI and run scored to pace the Braves.
