Colton Eplin scattered seven hits and three earned runs over a complete game effort to earn the win. He walked three and struck out eight, throwing 103 pitches, 71 of which were strikes.

Circleville scored the final 10 runs of a non-league game on Tuesday to run-rule visiting Miami Trace 12-2 in five innings.
The Tigers scored twice in the third to take a 4-2 lead, doubled their advantage one inning later and then scored six times in the fifth to walk-off.
Claire Davis went a perfect 3-for-3 with an RBI and three runs scored, Gabby McConnell was 3-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored, Cara Cooper singled and drove in a pair and Katie Folks tripled and scored.
McConnell scattered five hits and two earned runs over four and one-third innings pitched. She walked one and struck out five.
The Tigers (18-6) open tournament play on Wednesday when they host Mid-State League Buckeye Division rival Fairfield Union.
