Westfall completed competition on Friday in the Scioto Valley Conference championships hosted by Huntington.
Unioto won the boys title with 153 points, followed by Zane Trace (120) and Paint Valley (84).
Westfall came in sixth with 67 points.
The 3200-relay team of Henry Barnes, Mason Barnes, Tyler Yates and Josh Trapp finished second in 8:37.73 and the 1600-relay team of Brody Williams, Joey Wright, Tyler Yates and Josh Trapp took home bronze in 3:50.42.
Trapp was second in the 800 in 2:03.05 and Joey Wright claimed silver in the pole vault at 11-06 feet.
Unioto also won the girls title with 175 points, followed by Adena (159), Zane Trace (100.50) and Westfall (67).
Caitlyn Shipley placed second in the 800 2:29.83 and in 1600 in 5:34.40. Summer Hanson claimed silver in the 300 hurdles in 52.49.
Anay Sierra took home bronze in the 3200 in 12:39.60.
The 800-relay team of Summer Hanson, Marianna Packer, Alyssa Wyman and Izabella Picklesimer finished third in 1:57.75 and the 1600-relay team of Izabella Picklesimer, Hope Bryant, Alyssa Wyman and Caitlyn Shipley also took third in 4:34.70.
