Amanda-Clearcreek Aces Boys Soccer

Coach: Jeffrey Schubert

2022 finish: 6-12, 3-4 in Mid-State League Buckeye Division

Key returnees: Senior Cameron Corey (17 goals and five assists in earning first-team all-league and second-team all-district honors), junior Tyler Hines (six goals and two assists in earning second-team all-league), sophomore Brennan Rich (six goals, four assists), senior Tyler Philiopoulos (two goals and four assists)

Key newcomers: Sophomore Evan Drury, freshman John Hollandsworth, freshman Rueben Gouge and freshman Jackson Corey

Key losses: Dalton Binkley and Dakota Binkley

Coach’s comments: We have a strong attacking lineup. The trio of Cam Corey, Brennan Rich, and Tyler Hines, all returning players, will provide a formidable force on the field. Additionally, the team benefits from the experience and leadership of Tyler Philiopoulos.

However, our team will face defensive challenges due to the graduation of key starters Dalton and Dakota Binkley.

Despite being a young team, we are determined to compete with the best in the MSL this year.

We are very optimistic with our goalie situation as Hayden Dunn looks to build upon his freshman season.
