Logan Elm capped the regular season with a sweep of Liberty Union and junior Hannah Rhoads reached a career milestone in the process.
With 34 assists in the match, Rhoads surpassed 1,000 for her career as the Braves beat the Lions 25-13, 25-9, 25-15.
Claire King had 11 kills for the Braves while Addison Smith and Adelyn Smith each had eight.
Sadie Binkley served up three aces and Rhoads had a pair.
Defensively, senior Lynsay Vanhoose had 17 digs and Binkley had 14.
The Braves wrap up the regular season with a 15-7 record, 8-6 in league play which was good for fourth place in the Mid-State League’s Buckeye Division.
The Braves open the volleyball postseason hosting Miami Trace Monday at 7.
League champions crowned
Bloom-Carroll finished off an unbeaten run through the MSL Buckeye with a 25-11, 25-7, 25-14 win at Amanda-Clearcreek Thursday.
This makes for back-to-back league titles for the Bulldogs who finish the regular season 21-1, 14-0.
For the first time since 2017, the season ends with only one team atop the Scioto Valley Conference volleyball standings.
Unioto (20-2) defeated Huntington 25-16, 25-12, 16-25, 25-20 Thursday to finish the league schedule with a 13-1 mark and claim the title all for itself.
