SB — Logan Elm 3, Circleville 2
CIRCLEVILLE — Logan Elm held off a late charge from visiting Circleville to grab a 3-2 win Monday afternoon.
The Tigers put across a run on a sacrifice and scored on an error in the seventh before LE’s Sadie Binkley recorded her eighth strikeout of the game to end the game.
LE scored in the first inning when Peyton Richendollar had an RBI single.
The scored stayed at 1-0 until the bottom of the sixth when LE’s Ryleigh Wolfe hit a two-run home run.
Binkley went the distance for LE. She struck out eight, walked one, allowed five hits and gave up one two earned runs.
Kayla Fleck pitched for the Tigers and struck out three over six innings without giving up a walk. She allowed six hits and one earned run.

SB – Amanda-Clearcreek 12, Fairfield Union 10
AMANDA — An eight-run fifth inning helped Amanda-Clearcreek flip the scoreboard on Fairfield Union and pick up a 12-10 win Monday.
Fairfield Union had a seven-run third to get a 7-2 lead and made it 8-2 when Adelyn Wolfe had a solo homer in the fifth.
The Aces turned it around in the bottom half of the inning. It started when Cassadee Steinmetz hit a three-run homer earl in the inning. A double from Braleigh Blosser drove in a run for an 8-6 score.
A couple of wild pitches led to two more AC runs before Haley Robinson drove in a run to give AC a 9-8 lead. Steinmetz added another single to her stat line and drove in another run to give AC a 10-8 lead before the fifth inning came to an end.
Makenna Singleton doubled to drive in a run in the 6th and Alex Martin drove in a run on a ground out to put AC up 12-8 after six innings.
Singleton started for the Aces and gave up seven earned runs through three innings of work. Steinmetz went the last four innings striking out five, walking one, yielding four hits and three runs to get the win.
SB — Teays Valley 20, Groveport-Madison 3 (5 innings)
GROVEPORT — Teays Valley scored in every inning – including a nine-run fifth – to defeat Groveport-Madison 20-3 in five innings Monday.
Avery Stratton pitched three innings, giving up three runs (none earned) with four strikeouts. Sydney Brumfield pitched two scoreless innings for the win with five strikeouts.
Avery Mann had four hits – including three doubles – to lead the Vikings with four RBIs. Aimee DeWeese and Micah Mann each had three hits and three RBI.
SB — Westfall 7, Huntington 3
WILLIAMSPORT — A four-run second and three-run sixth lifted Westfall to a 7-3 win over visiting Huntington Monday night.
A two-run double from Reise Rogers in the sixth helped her to a three RBI night. Gabby Henry and Adrina Hicks each had two RBI.
Hicks went the distance on the mound as she struck out 14, walked three, allowed three hits and gave up the three earned runs.
BB — Circleville 8, Logan Elm 2
CIRCLEVILLE — Circleville grabbed an early lead and Trent Smith struck out 13 opposing batters to help the Tigers to an 8-2 win over host Logan Elm Monday.
An RBI double from Austin Gray, followed by a two-run single from David Northam had the Tigers up 3-0 after the top of the first.
CHS made it 4-0 when Northam grounded into a fielder’s choice in the second.

LE scored twice in the bottom of the second but those were all the runs the Braves would put across.
Circleville put two more across in the sixth and two in the seventh.
Trent Smith went the distance for the Tigers as he struck out 13 while walking one, allowing eight hits and giving up two runs (one earned).
Grant Cline started for the Braves and went 5.1 innings. He struck out six, walked two, gave up nine hits and six earned runs. Mason Gentry went the last 1.2 innings on the mound. He struck out three, walked four, gave up one hit and two earned runs.
BB – Westfall 3, Huntington 1
WILLIAMSPORT — Westfall had 10 hits and put runs across in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings to defeat visiting Huntington 3-1.
Brenden Tuttle got the win for the Mustangs as he struck out 11 over 5.1 innings. He walked three, gave up four hits and one earned run. Noah Stonerock got the save by pitching 1.2 scoreless innings to close out the game. He struck out four.
Tuttle and Mason Wright each had a pair of hits for Westfall.
BB – Lancaster 9, Teays Valley 0
ASHVILLE — Lancaster put four runs across in its first at-bat and didn’t let up on the way to a 9-0 win over Teays Valley Monday.
Brody Mann started for the Vikings and went three innings. He gave up seven runs (four earned) while striking out six, walking three and gave up four hits. Tanner Smith went the last four innings giving up four hits, a walk and two unearned runs.
Brody Weiler and Luke Smith each had two hits for TV.
