Miami Trace claimed its third straight title at the Logan Elm Wrestling Tournament Saturday.
The Panthers left little doubt about which team was going to win amassing 288 points while Celina was second with 209 and Westfall was third with 207.5.
The host Braves finished fifth with 154 points and Amanda-Clearcreek was 11th with 69.5.
The Mustangs claimed three weight class titles.
Antony Hoty pinned Canal Winchester’s Micah Dollery in 5:12 to win at 120 pounds, Gage Bolt took first at 165 pounds with a 10-1 major decision over Celina’s Gavin Brown and heavyweight Hunter Probasco won a 6-3 decision over Granville’s Ian Rutherford.

A trio of Mustangs came in second.
Wayne Kitchen took second at 138 pounds, Bryce Wickline was second at 175 and John Siders was second at 215.
Logan Elm had two wrestlers finish at the top of the brackets with Gavin Hoover winning at 126 pounds. He pinned Granville’s Andy Sanchez in 5:26. LE’s Dawsen Hudson took second at 106 after being pinned by Miami Trace’s Lyric Dickerson.
Peyton Beavers was the top finisher for Amanda-Clearcreek. He took second at 150 pounds, losing a 15-13 match to Miami Trace’s Asher LeBeau.
Westfall will be back at Logan Elm Wednesday night in a tri-match with the Braves and Athens.
Amanda-Clearcreek will host the Mustangs and 14 other schools on Saturday for the Jeff Arndt Wrestling Invitational.
