The top third of the Circleville batting order recorded six hits on Saturday, helping the Tigers to a 6-3 non-league win over visiting Logan.
Chandler Hayes worked a four-pitch walk to start the home first, stole second and scored on a single to left off the bat of Claire Davis.
Davis then advanced to second on a passed ball and scored when Cara Cooper lined a double to left to put Circleville ahead 2-1.
The Tigers extended their lead to 5-1 in the third.
Hayes and Davis started the threat with back-to-back singles. Cooper reached on a fly ball that was misplayed by the center fielder, allowing both Hayes and Davis to score. A second error on the play by the pitcher brought Cooper around the bases to dent the plate.

Logan scored twice in the fifth to make it a 5-3 game.
Circleville added an insurance run in the sixth when Alyssa Liston reached on an infield single to short, stole second and scored when Hayes lined a single to left.
Hayes was a perfect 3-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored and Davis went 2-for-3 with an RBI and scored twice.
Gabby McConnell allowed two hits and an earned run in four innings to earn the win. She walked three, hit a batter and struck out five.
The Tigers (17-6) continue non-league play on Monday at Miami Trace.
