A trio of area athletes were recognized as Wayne Roller Scholar Athletes by the Mid-State League to represent the Buckeye Division.
Logan Elm senior Blayton Reid and Amanda-Clearcreek senior Megan Tooill were both recognized with a plaque and $500 college scholarship.
Circleville junior Slater Search was recognized with a plaque, as was Fairfield Union junior Anna Conrad.
Honorees were nominated by their home school and then voted upon by the league’s executive committee.
