Teays Valley used a strong winter and spring sports seasons to pave the way to becoming the Mid-State League Buckeye Division All-Sports winner for the 2022-23 school year.
The Vikings amassed 124 points, followed by Bloom-Carroll (113.5), Fairfield Union (93.5) and Circleville (82.5).
Bloom-Carroll held a 58-46.5 lead over Teays Valley after the fall sports season, thanks in part to the Bulldogs winning six league championships (football, volleyball, boys soccer, girls soccer, boys golf and volleyball).
The Vikings bested the Bulldogs 45.5-30.5 points during winter sports, thanks in part to league crowns in boys basketball, girls basketball, boys bowling, boys swimming, girls swimming and wrestling.
Teays Valley outdistanced Bloom-Carroll 32-25 in spring sports, thanks in part to winning the league in softball and boys tennis and turning in a second-place finish in baseball.
