Isabelle Perini turned in a career-best scorecard of 37 over nine holes on Wednesday to claim medalist honors and lead the Circleville girls golf team to a dominating win in a quad match at the Pickaway Country Club.
“Isabelle was in complete control of all aspects of her game today and showed the consistent play she is very capable of producing over an entire round,” Circleville coach Eric Evans said. “She’s been building towards this and it’s great to see all her hard work paying off.”
The Tigers tallied 169, followed by Gallia Academy (208), Bloom-Carroll (220) and Jackson (239).
Elaina Seeley followed with 38, Izzy Seeley shot 46 and Lis Sharp fired 48. Also playing for the Tigers were Ava Kerns (62) and Aleigh Michael (70).

Reid Seimetz paced Circleville with a nine-hole score of 42 on Wednesday in a non-league loss against host Chillicothe at the Chillicothe Country Club.
Michael Fernandez followed with a 44, Brady Reuter shot 46 and Liam McConnell turned in a scorecard of 49. Also playing for the Tigers were Andrew Siembida (59) and Carson VanGundy (62).

Logan Elm swept all courts on Wednesday on its way to a 5-0 non-league win over visiting Washington Court House.
The LE first doubles team of Ally Berger and Kaylee Ross blanked Sam Dallmayer and Ady Bartruff 6-0 and 6-0. The LE second doubles squad of Jenna Reeser and Laney Smith defeated Gretchen Reed and Kendelle Woods 6-0 and 6-1.
Logan Elm’s McKinley Perkins bested Jill Frederick 6-0 and 6-1 at first singles, LE teammate Aubrey Justice scored a 7-5 and 6-1 decision at second singles over Kate Bailey and Savannah Conley topped Washington Court House’s Siddhi Patel 6-3 and 7-5 at third singles.
The Braves (3-3) continue non-league play on Monday at Unioto.
