CANAL WINCHESTER — Circleville claimed its third straight Mid-State League championship following the fourth and final MSL golf matchup of the season.
Logan Elm won the 18-hole event at Westchester Golf with Circleville placing fourth.
With two previous wins and a second place showing, the Tigers had enough to claim the title.
Circleville’s Isabelle Perini was match medalist with an 83. Perini was the medalist in all four MSL matches and earned MSL Player of the Year honors.
Addison Lester led Logan Elm with a 102, Lily Slusher had a 103, Mallory Stevens had a 104 and Anna Fike rounded out the scoring with a 127. Jessica Fike shot a 129.
Along with Perini’s 83, Alyssa Sharp shot a 109, Aleigh Michael shot a 128 and Ava Justice rounded out the scoring with a 130. Allie Mullins shot a 133 and Maddux Bigam had a round of 143.
Amanda-Clearcreek placed fifth and was led by a 106 from Rylyn Goster. Briana Stanley had a 126, Alaina Miller had a 145 and Alana Benjamin shot a 147.

Mustangs win tri-match
GROVE CITY — Westfall won a tri-match Tuesday afternoon at Hickory Hills Golf Club.
The Mustangs shot a team 197 edging out the Columbus School for Girls which had a 199 and Grove City shot a 215.
Paige Weiss was medalist with a 37 while CSG’s Kristina Ma was second with a 39 and Grove City’s Mallory Masterson had a 43.
Kathryn Lockhart had a 51 for the Mustangs, Michelle Pickett had a 52 and Marianna Packer rounded out the scoring with a 57. Lillian Cooper added a 63.
