Ben France threw a two-hitter on Tuesday in leading Teays Valley to a 10-0 Mid-State League Buckeye Division win over host Liberty Union in six innings.
France hit a batter and struck out 10 in his 77-pitch outing, 57 of which were strikes.
Teays Valley jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the second.
Ivan Smith led off the frame by lining a double to left, advanced to third on a passed ball and scored when Matt Farmer lined a single to right.
Hayden Wells and Jeremiah Fabbro connected on back-to-back singles two outs later that allowed Hamilton and Brody Mann, who reached earlier on a bunt single, to score.
Smith added to the lead an inning later when he clubbed a 1-2 offering over the left field fence for a two-run homer that also scored Landen McFarland, who earlier led off the frame with a single to left.

Smith turned in a perfect 3-for-3 ledger with two RBI and three runs scored, Fabbro turned in a 3-for-4 evening with an RBI and run scored, Farmer clubbed a two-run homer as part of a 2-for-3 effort that included three RBI and a run scored, Wells and McFarland each went 2-for-3, drove in a run and scored.
The Vikings (10-4, 7-2) continue league play on Wednesday when they host Fairfield Union.
