Homecoming game back on for Vikings

Teays Valley announced late Thursday that it will host Kings High School tomorrow for its homecoming football game.

The Vikings were previously scheduled to host Circleville tomorrow, but the game was canceled due to the Tigers playing an earlier opponent that had a confirmed case of COVID-19. The decision was made by Circleville City Schools in consultation with Pickaway County Public Health.

Teays Valley enters the game with a 2-2 mark, while Kings, located across the street from Kings Island in Kings Mill, has a perfect 3-0 record. The Knights were previously scheduled to play West Clermont, but that game was also canceled.

Teays Valley last played Kings in the 2015 Division II playoffs, falling 35-7.
